A place where to learn more about BLOCK, and where to buy it from. But it's also a place where you can leave traces of personal data. That's why we want to let you know how we at BLOCK Amsterdam V.O.F. treat and respect your personal data with this Privacy Policy. With our website and BLOCK itself we don't target children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information about children under 13.

2.6 We Don’t Sell Personal Data
We will never sell your Personal Data to a third party. Because we're not, and don't want to be, in the data business. We believe your Personal Data should stay private.

3.1 Retention of Personal Data
We retain any Personal Data that you provide to us so long as we consider it to be necessary, after which time we will securely delete the information. We will also delete any of your Personal Data from our servers upon your request, as detailed in BLOCK's Opt-Out & Anti-Spam Policy below.

Our servers are housed in secure and controlled environments administered by Squarespace who perform regular security scans to maintain the PCI DSS compliance. They also use network hardware from industry-leading vendors protection against intruders, employ a variety of dynamic threat mitigation techniques, and implement measures to protect against denial of service (and DDoS) attacks. Moreover, services are redundant at all tiers.
